This author has such an incredible way of taking her stories and making them something almost anyone could relate to. To be raised by a severely mentally ill parent, intersecting with religious psychosis and trauma, and sibling abuse, it’s just so intense.

Really a memoir for memoir readers, the way things tied together in the end was so satisfying.
